The chuppah represents a Jewish home symbolized by the cloth canopy and the four poles. Just as a chuppah is open on all four sides, so was the tent of Abraham open for hospitality. Thus, the chuppah represents hospitality to one's guests. This "home" initially lacks furniture as a reminder that the basis of a Jewish home is the people within it, not the possessions.

A chuppah can be made of any material. Silks, satins and organzas are increasingly common, and can often be customized or personalized to suit the couple's unique interests and occupations.

Our Chuppahs are delivered and erected in plenty of time for your florist to add his or her magic touches.  Unless specifically requested otherwise, we will remove the Chuppah soon after the ceremony and after all your guests have departed.  Certainly, some weddings will require a quick turnaround from ceremonial room to banqueting room and we will work closely with the venue and your caterers to ensure this is done in the most efficient way possible.

Our core company business was established over 18 years ago specifically to design, plan and manage functions and celebrations of all descriptions in the most friendly and sensitive way possible. After all ... the literal meaning of simcha is 'gladness' or 'joy' and we endeavour to make your simcha as joyous as possible.

We consider our current expertise in arranging simchas to be second to none, including quality of service and equipment used.
